*Groups!* Writers!

I'd love to start a group! I will be the master, and it will be called the Writers. Every person in the group, or accepted into the group, every friday, the writer for the week writes a small "newspaper" about the updates, new happenings, drama etc, gossip etc, about ingame matters and forum matters in the newspaper. Each member gets a writer userbar which I have already created, and they can put under their name under their ign. How about it? Can you make a forum for the applications to the Writers group. I would be able to accept and deny them.
