Pin code shuts client down

I'm not sure if the pin code should be there to log in, or even what it should be. I'm new here, so go easy if the answer is something simple, eh? lol...

So basically, I will login with my account info, then created a character, then I double click the character to play and it pulls up the "enter pin-code" keys. I enter six digits, then it shuts the client down.
